Today's lecture started with a quote- 'you should be good even at your worst.' Ankush Sir explained this quote by giving us examples of great persons like Narendra Modi, Sachin Tendulkar, Amitabh Bachchan etc. They don't show up their personal feelings while giving performance with respect to their careers, rather they always give their best. Also we learnt about struggle and comfort zone. If you are not struggling then you are not traveling on a right path. Butterfly also struggles to come into this world. This is the best example of struggle. We also learnt how to come out from comfort zone by listening to a very beautiful story of fish and customer. AVOID COMFORT ZONE BUT DON'T AVOID STRUGGLE! Each brand in a market is also doing struggle to maintain their position. Post office, ration shop, KVIC (Khadi) store- these chains are available in every district, every village. But they went into comfort zone and now they are having loss. Segmentation is important and helpful in marketing, which includes :

7. Socio Economic
Here we don't have to forget that customers are very important. As we say दिखना बंद तो बिकना बंद! So, product where you can not play with pricing then show up or be visible.
